Help us celebrate Bellevue’s 150th year while getting a glimpse of churches, businesses, and historic homes. Tickets are available right now by completing the form below, and at New Life Church on the day of the tour.
This year’s tour will feature 11 homes, including the Marius Rousseau House on Watkins Avenue. Built in 1906 in the “Bellevue Park Plan,” this Colonial Revival style home was built by French-born architect Marius Rousseau with interior living space totaling over 9,100 square feet. Throughout this five-floor, 10 bedroom home are 9 fireplaces, original lighting fixtures, doors and knobs, woodwork, marble, terrazzo and hardwood floors, and stained glass, as well as a unique glass tile ceiling and built-in refrigerator in the kitchen.
